Chitral Irrigation Division Tender Notice — Flood Protection, Roads, Bridges & Infrastructure Works (E-PADS)

Chitral Irrigation Division, Chitral invites bids (Single Stage Single Envelope) through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) for multiple flood‑protection, road, bridge, check‑dam and other infrastructure works across Chitral (Upper & Lower).

Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Works Department through E-PADS, have renewed registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year (2026‑27) in the relevant category and code. Detailed tender packages list estimated costs, bid security, PEC codes, completion times and submission/opening dates in the bid documents on the portal.

Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal. Scanned copies of required documents (including BOQ and rate analysis pages dually signed and stamped where specified) must be uploaded as part of the electronic submission.
