FBR Large Taxpayers Office Lahore Tender: UPS 20-KVA Servicing & Battery Replacement (EPADS)

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore. Invitation to e-bids on the EPADS (PPRA) platform for the project titled "Dismantling and Replacement of Dry Batteries and Servicing of UPS 20-KVA" under Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure.

Eligibility: Firms/companies/contractors with valid registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

Key deadlines and submission method:

- E-Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 2026-10-16 up to 11:00 a.m.; bids will be opened and announced on the EPADS portal on 2026-10-19 up to 12:00 p.m.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated tender value, amounting to Rs.107,000/-, in the form of a Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore. The original instrument must be submitted to the Procurement Committee on or before 2028-10-16 at 11:00 a.m.

Requirements & conditions:

- Complete battery bank specifications and dimensions are provided in tender documents available for download from the EPADS portal.

- Bidders must submit a certificate that the firm has not been blacklisted by any Government Department/Organization, and a certificate confirming the batteries offered are new, unused and original.

- Rates quoted must be inclusive of all duties, taxes, levies and other charges.

- The Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
