Tender Notice No. 21/2026 – Procurement of Equipment, Supplies and Services (Pak Secretariat, Islamabad)

Head (Procurement), Pak Secretariat (H-Block, near K-Block), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone/fax numbers for the purchase/supply of various items, equipment and services. A total of 22 tender packages are advertised with opening dates between 2026-10-14 and 2026-10-21.

Tender documents are available from the procuring office on working days (Mon–Fri) between 09:00 and 13:00 on submission of a written request and the non‑refundable tender fee (as specified against each package) in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order payable to the Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit and cash are not acceptable. Tenders will be received until 13:00 on the stated opening date and opened the same day at 14:00 in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
