National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) invites applications for a Islamabad‑based temporary position of Resource Person — Strategic Advisory on a six‑month contract. The role seeks an experienced professional to support public financial management and disaster/fiscal risk initiatives.

| Experience | 15+ years of relevant professional experience in public financial management, disaster/fiscal risk management, public debt management, or financial regulation. Demonstrated experience in resource mobilization, disaster risk financing, and fiscal risk frameworks in the public sector or development context. Experience facilitating government-to-government or inter-departmental coordination and engagement with federal and provincial finance authorities. Prior engagement with public sector, development partners, or donor‑funded reform programmes is an advantage. |
