E-Tender: Development of Walkway at GC Women University Sialkot — Bid Deadline 2026-10-12

GC Women University Sialkot (Works Directorate) invites e-tenders from PEC-registered firms/contractors for the development of a walkway serving the canteen, medical centre, library and Jamia Masjid at Imam Bibi Campus.

Key instructions: bidders must be enlisted with PEC for the current financial year and produce an original PEC licence showing the relevant code. Tender documents, TORs and BOQs are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement system (no physical Call Deposit Receipt accepted). Bidders must quote rates against each BOQ item; incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive.

Submission & opening dates: Last date for submission of bids on the website is 2026-10-12 until 12:00 PM. Online opening of bids on the website is scheduled for 2026-10-12 at 12:30 PM. If a government holiday falls on the date, the next working day will be considered for opening.

Additional details: Online bids will be opened in the Committee Room of the GC Women University Sialkot Civil Works Committee in the presence of intending contractors or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules.
