Purpose: Invitation for e-tenders to establish framework contracts for repair and maintenance services of hardware, IT equipment, software, machinery & equipment, furniture & fixture, and transport.
Bidding procedure and requirements:
- Submission and opening of bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
- Bids must be accompanied by 5% Bid Security of the estimated price.
- A performance guarantee will be required from the successful bidder(s) as per PPRA Rules.
- Bidders must register and upload their bids on the e-Portal before the submission deadline; e-bids will be opened on the stated e-Portal schedule.
