District & Sessions Judge, Multan invites E-Bids for purchase/repair/services of various items under a framework contract. Bidders must be registered firms, government suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized dealers/distributors and comply with applicable taxation and registration requirements.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- E-Bid submission deadline: 28-10-2026 by 11:00 AM. E-Bid opening: 28-10-2026 at 11:30 AM (in presence of bidders or their representatives).

- Bids to be submitted electronically through the EPADS/E-Procurement system in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available for download on the PPRA and Punjab procurement portals.

- Original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title in favour of District & Sessions Judge, Multan before the E-Bid submission deadline. Acceptable forms: CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as specified.

- Bidders must upload their Technical and Financial documents and comply with the E-Bidding procedure; single-stage two-envelope method will be applied as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

- Bid validity will remain effective until closure of the financial year (30-06-2027).
