Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (LDA), UD Wing. LDA invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement single-stage, two-envelope procedure for multiple packages for rehabilitation and improvement of streets in various areas of Lahore.
Scope: Multiple civil works contracts for rehabilitation and improvement of streets across Lahore (several numbered packages). Each package has its own estimated cost, completion time, required PEC category and bid security amount as specified in the tender documents.
Eligibility and submission:
| Registration | Contractors/Firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hold a valid PEC licence in the category specified against each work; active NTR/NTN status is required. |
| Bid submission | Electronic submission via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) as per the e-tendering requirements. Technical and financial proposals to be submitted in separate envelopes through the portal. |
| Bid security | Bid/security amounts are specified against each package in the tender documents and must be provided as required. |
