Issuer: Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing). Lahore Development Authority invites bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38(2)) for multiple rehabilitation and improvement works (street, sanitation and allied works) across Lahore.

- Number of schemes: 12 separate work packages for rehabilitation and improvement of streets and associated works in various localities of Lahore.

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage–Two Envelope as per PPRA rules. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and active on the Punjab e‑Procurement System may participate.

- Submission deadline: 2020-10-29. Submission time for bids is 09:30 AM and technical bid opening at 10:00 AM on the same date.

- Bidders must register on the Punjab e‑Procurement System and submit proposals online through the system. Financial proposals will be opened only for those firms qualifying the technical evaluation. All standard PPRA/LDA conditions apply regarding bid security, eligibility, and document submission.
