Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company (PAMCO) invites sealed/electronic tenders under PPRA rules for the supply of civil, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous items for construction of the Mutton & Beef Wholesale Market under a 12‑month framework contract.

Key conditions and requirements:

- Contract period: 12 months.

- Bidding procedure: Single stage, single envelope as per PPRA Rule 38(1).

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 600,000 against estimated cost of Rs. 30,000,000) to be submitted through digital bid submission method; hard copy where required to procuring agency.

- Eligibility: Bidders must provide evidence of NTN, GST and PRA registration and other documents as specified in the tender documents.

- Financial bids must be inclusive of all taxes. The Procuring Authority may reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA‑2014.
