Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench Tender No. 03/2026-27 — Annual Framework Contract for Office & Computer Stationery

Issuer: Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench. Invitation for e-bids for an Annual Framework Contract to supply Office & Computer Stationery, General Store and miscellaneous items for Financial Year 2026-27 (Tender Notice No. 03/2026-2027).

Eligible, well-reputed and financially sound firms with prior experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax/Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Department (where applicable) may submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

The bid submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic opening of bids will be on 21 October 2026 at 10:30 AM.

Bidding procedure: Single Stage Two Envelopes as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Quoted rates must be inclusive of GST/PST and remain valid for 180 days. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder will deposit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value electronically through the e-Procurement system; it will be released on successful completion of contractual obligations. Delivery timelines as per purchase order.
