Tender: Energization of Sector 2-D and West Avenues — DHA City Karachi

DHA City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids for the project “Energization of Sector 2-D (C-4), PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue and Sec-1 Feedback Supply.” Eligible contractors registered with PEC in Category C4 or above (PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & EE-05) with active taxpayer status with FBR & SRB may apply. Tender fee is Rs. 10,000.

Tender documents are available from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi (Super Highway M-9) from 06 July 2026 on submission of a written request, valid PEC certificate and payment of the non-refundable fee. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 1430 hrs. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate by 29 July 2026 at 1430 hrs; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1500 hrs. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount (Pay Order/Bank Guarantee/Insurance Bond) in favor of DHA City Karachi must accompany the financial bid.
