Regional Directorate of Estate Office Management, Government of Pakistan (Estate Office Karachi) invites interested individuals to participate in an open auction for leasing commercial shops on a monthly rental basis for an initial term of three (03) years under the Shop Rental Auction Policy, 2017 (as amended 2023 & 2026).
Auction Date & Time: 2026-10-21 at 10:30 AM. Venue: Office of the Deputy Director, Estate Office Karachi, Block No. 5-B, Pak Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.
Earnest / Token Money: Rs. 30,000 (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of "Assistant Director (Estate), Estate Office Karachi", payable at Karachi. Refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable against successful bidder's dues.
Submission & Eligibility: A copy of the bidder's valid CNIC must be submitted. Sealed bidding documents must reach the Office of the Deputy Director, Estate Office Karachi by 04:30 PM on 2026-10-20. Employees of Estate Office Karachi and Government contractors are not eligible to participate.

Important Terms: The auction will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder must deposit one (01) year’s advance rent within ten (10) days from the date of approval and execute the Lease Agreement as per approved TORs. Estate Office Karachi will not be responsible for any expenditure incurred by bidders.
Detailed bidding documents, eligibility criteria, lease conditions and other information are available from the Office of the Deputy Director, Estate Office Karachi during office hours (08:30 AM to 04:30 PM) against payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable).
