Islamabad Club seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to direct day-to-day operations across dining, accommodation, sports, golf and event facilities, delivering world-class service to members and guests.

| Key Responsibilities | Oversee all club outlets including restaurants, banquets, guest rooms, sports complex and golf course; translate strategy into operational plans and KPIs; maintain food quality, hygiene and member satisfaction; plan events and tournaments; optimize processes and resources; ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance; oversee maintenance and upgrades; lead and develop department heads and operational staff. |
| Education | Master's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field from an HEC‑recognized university. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years in hospitality operations with at least 5 years in a senior role (COO, General Manager, Director Operations or equivalent). Proven record managing F&B, rooms and recreational operations in a five‑star hotel, premier club or resort. |
