Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) invites applications for multiple senior maritime and shore-based positions on a contract basis. Initial contract is up to two years, extendable by mutual consent. Selected candidates will be offered market-based remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Position	Minimum Qualification / Key Experience	Age Limit
Manager – Bulk Carrier Chartering	Master Mariner (FG) with sailing experience in senior capacity and minimum 1 year shore experience in commercial division of a reputable dry bulk vessel owning company / commercial operators / commercial management company with direct role in handling pre/post fixture activities; OR Master's degree (HEC recognized) with minimum 8 years shore experience in relevant commercial division. Preference: Ship command experience; MICS qualification.	Upto 50 Years
Incharge / Deputy Manager – DPP & CPP (Tanker)	Master Mariner (FG) with sailing experience on tankers in senior capacity, preferably with 1 year shore experience in commercial division of a reputable tanker-owning company / tanker commercial operators / tanker management; OR Master's degree (HEC recognized) with minimum 5 years relevant shore experience in commercial division. Preference: Ship command experience; MICS qualification.	Upto 50 Years
Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO)	Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Marine / Mechanical Engineering (HEC recognized). Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience and minimum 5 years in ship design, new building, shipyard supervision, technical consultancy or construction. Experience in FATs, HATs, inclining experiments, sea trials, technical reports, risk assessments and milestone recommendations. Preference: experience with commercial vessels, supervision of newbuilding projects and strong technical knowledge of hull structure, GA, stability, coatings and classification rules (IMO/SOLAS/MARPOL).	Upto 55 Years
Superintendent Fleet	Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck. Minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Officer / Master in last 7 years on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Container / Tanker vessels.	Upto 57 Years
Superintendent Engineer (Bulk Carrier)	Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor). Minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in last 7 years on Foreign Going (FG) General Cargo / Container / Tanker vessels.	Upto 57 Years
Superintendent Engineer (Tanker)	Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor). Minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in last 7 years on Foreign Going (FG) Tanker vessels.	Upto 57 Years
Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel)	Class I / II Certificate of Competency (Deck / Engineer) with 2 years' experience as Master / Chief Engineer OOC 1st Class and Chief Officer 2nd Engineer or 1 year shore experience; OR MBA / MPA / BBA (HRM) from HEC recognized institute with 5 years' experience handling HR matters of a reputable company.	Upto 50 Years
