Public Health Engineering Division Dir Upper invites proposals to hire consultancy services for solarization of water supply schemes under the listed ADP packages. Eligible consultants/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) may download the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents from EPADS and the KP-PPRA portal before the closing date and time.

Technical proposals will be opened/downloaded from EPADS by the Department Consultant Selection Committee (DCSC) or its sub-committee. Financial proposals will be opened by the DCSC after technical evaluation; the financial opening date will be announced after technical evaluation is finalized. Clarifications and queries may be submitted through EPADS. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject one or all proposals.
