Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, Office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II), D.I. Khan invites Request for Proposals (RFP) from shortlisted consulting firms of the C&W Department (Building Sector) for consultancy services.

Selection will follow the Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedure. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS (electronic) by shortlisted consultants; in addition, one original Technical Proposal and one original Financial Proposal should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer's office.
Preference will be given to consultants/firms with proven experience in the design and supervision of government hospital buildings and health-care facilities. Bidders must be registered with KPRA in accordance with KPRA rules.
RFP documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) are available from the Office of the Executive Engineer Mega Projects (South-II) during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000. Any clarifications may be obtained from the office during working hours.
