Al-Khair (Gadoon) — Notice of 36th Annual General Meeting

Al-Khair (Gadoon) notifies shareholders that the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held to consider the company’s annual accounts, election/retirement of directors, appointment of auditors and other corporate business.

Key instructions for shareholders:

- Book-closure/record dates for entitlement and transfer formalities will be observed; shareholders should consult the company or their CDC participant for eligibility timelines.

- Beneficial owners holding shares through CDC must ensure their CDC sub-account and account investor details are up to date with CDC to receive AGM materials and entitlements.

- Physical shareholders should send a copy of their CNIC with any proxy or voting documents as required. Proxies must be received not less than 48 hours before the meeting.

- Shareholders may submit documents or registration requests by email to [email protected]; follow CDC and SECP requirements where applicable.

The company will comply with applicable provisions of the Companies Act and rules for electronic/physical circulation of notices, proxy submission and verification through CDC/PSX processes.
