Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one open-term/ permanent Maintenance Lead/Sr. Associate post for a PMDC project / mining site in Balochistan.

Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities; ensuring equipment availability, timely troubleshooting and minimum operational downtime; preparing and monitoring maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports; supervising maintenance staff and contractors; conducting root cause analysis, identifying process and cost improvements and ensuring compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs.
