Issuer: Punjab Walled Cities & Heritage Areas Authority (PWCHA), Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids for provision, supply and serving of refreshments for the “History by Night (HBN)” tours at Lahore Fort for a nine (09) month period from October 2026 to June 2027. The selected catering firm will be responsible for preparation, packaging, transportation and serving of fresh, hygienic refreshments to HBN tour participants as per PWCHA requirements.

Eligibility Criteria: Legally registered and established entity in Pakistan; valid registration certificate, NTN & PRA registration; active taxpayer status; valid Food Business / Catering License; minimum 3 years relevant catering experience; adequate catering facilities, trained staff and capacity; not blacklisted by any government department or public organization.
