Corrigendum summary: The clause on Performance Security / Guarantee is replaced. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit Performance Security / Guarantee equal to 10% of the Contract Amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Bahawalnagar. Submission must be made ONLY through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement system (link with BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Bahawalnagar. The Performance Security must be valid for three months beyond the completion time (including any extended completion time). No other form of Performance Security / Guarantee will be accepted. Submission of the 10% Performance Security through the Punjab e-Procurement system is mandatory for all successful bidders irrespective of estimated/contract amount.
