  • Proposed stock split (sub-division of shares) — change of nominal value from Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 per share and consequential amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association; resolutions under Section 85(1)(c) and related provisions of the Companies Act, 2017.
  • Amendments to the Articles of Association to allow fees for attending Board and Committee meetings and related matters.
  • Amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with Companies Act, 2017 and other consequential changes; authority to Company Secretary and Chief Executive Officer to implement amendments and file requisite documents with the Registrar of Companies.
