Tender: Installation of On‑Grid Hybrid Solar System at District Hospital Landikotal (ePADS)

Project Director, FATA Infrastructure Program (FIP) invites e-bids on the ePADS single-stage two-envelope procedure for the installation of an on-grid hybrid solar system at Headquarter District Hospital Landikotal.

Key dates and submission:

Last date and time for submission of e-bids: 2026-10-20 at 12:00 PM
Last date and time for opening of e-bids (technical): 2026-10-20 at 02:30 PM
Date and time of opening of financial bid: After approval of technical bid evaluation by the competent authority.

Eligibility & bid requirements: Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized codes may participate. Bidding documents, Contract Data and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are available for download from the e-PAD system and KPPRA website prior to submission. Bids must be submitted through the e-PAD system; physical incomplete documents will not be processed.

Bid security: Earnest money must be submitted as a Deposit at Call (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director (PMU‑FIP) before the closing date and time. Rates must be quoted on BOQ/MRS; bid validity is 90 days.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-08 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Project Director, FATA Infrastructure Program (FIP), Erstwhile FATA Secretariat, Warsak Road, Peshawar.
