PHE Peshawar Tender: Laboratory Testing Supplies via EPADS

Director Projects & Labs, Public Health Engineering (PHE), Peshawar (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites bids through EPADS for procurement of laboratory items under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (Single-Stage One-Envelope Procedure).

Key conditions: Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD)/Bill of Quantity (BOQ) can be downloaded from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA (kppra.pk). Bidders must be registered with EPADS, have active KP-PPRA status, and active FBR NTN & STRN. Bids must be uploaded via EPADS before the last date and time; bidders must also submit a sealed bid with requisite documents including 2% bid security (or additional security if required) in the form of an original call deposit in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Uploaded bid content must be readable. Incomplete, conditional, or partial bids will be deemed non-responsive. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids with cogent reasons.
