| Experience | Overall minimum 10 years of relevant post‑qualification experience with at least 5 years as Company Secretary, particularly in corporate governance, SOE governance framework, regulatory compliance and company secretarial practices. |
| Maximum Age | 50 years |
| Contract & Remuneration | Two‑year contract (extendable based on performance). Remuneration negotiable; benefits and allowances as per applicable rules/regulations. |
| Other Notes | Candidate must meet “fit and proper” criteria per Schedule‑IV of the SOEs Act, 2023. Strong communication, integrity, professionalism, organizational and interpersonal skills required. Proficiency in legal drafting and corporate documentation required. Applicants already in government service should apply through proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA.
