GDA Tender: Dry Dredging at Pishukan Fish Landing Jetty, Gwadar

Gwadar Development Authority (Government of Balochistan) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for dry dredging at Pishukan Fish Landing Jetty, Gwadar for the year 2026. Only electronic bids will be accepted through the ePPS/BPPRA system.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Bids must include bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call of 2% from a scheduled bank.

Tender documents & fee payment: NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Tender fee PKR 2,000 (as applicable) should be deposited to GDA Accumulated Collection Fund account no. 3002-0081-0083-6601 through Bank Al-Habib Ltd., Gwadar Branch.

Eligibility & minimum requirements:

• Presence in Active Tax Payer List.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
• At least 2 completed assignments of similar nature.
• Minimum turnover of PKR 29,990,822 in three consecutive previous years demonstrating financial capacity.
• Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 and above (up to PKR 65 million) in relevant category; Specialized codes CE05 (Offshore Works) and CE03(i) (Marine Structures Dredging).
