Big Bird Foods Limited invites shareholders to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held Saturday, October 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Park Lane Hotel, 107 BB MM Alam Road, Gulberg III, Lahore. Shareholders who cannot attend may vote by postal ballot; completed ballot papers must reach the Chairman at the company address by 5:00 PM on October 23, 2026.

Agenda and special resolutions proposed for shareholder approval include ratification and confirmation of related-party transactions carried out during the year ended June 30, 2026, and authorization for the Chief Executive to approve related-party transactions until June 30, 2027 (to be placed before shareholders as a Special Resolution).

Instructions for polling and required documents: completed ballot form must be signed and accompanied by CNIC/Passport (or copy), copy of Board resolution/Power of Attorney where applicable, and in case of corporate shareholders certified copy of resolution and specimen signatures. Ballot forms received after the deadline will not be considered.
