Submission deadline is 2026-10-20 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM; electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security (earnest money) of 5% of the estimated value must be furnished in the shape of a Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Registrar, National Council for Homoeopathy. Bidders must comply with the tender terms and conditions, provide required technical and financial proposals, and be registered for income and sales tax as applicable.
