Municipal Committee, Taxila invites item-rate tenders from firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for works under the Annual Development Programme (ADP). Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement and upload bids through the e-Procurement/PPRA website. PEC registration of a lower category will render a bid non-responsive. Successful bidder will provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount as per PPRA Punjab rules. Current PPRA rules apply; firms are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Submission and opening schedule: bids will be submitted up to 14.10.2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day, 14.10.2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee, Taxila. Tender documents and details of scope are available at the Municipal Committee office during working hours. No telephonic or conditional tenders or bids without earnest money will be entertained.
