Tender: Laboratory Testing Supplies — PHE Peshawar (EPADS) Closing 2026-10-26

Director Projects & Labs, Public Health Engineering (PHE), Peshawar (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites bids through EPADS under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 (Single-Stage One-Envelope) for procurement of laboratory items.

Key submission details:

Registration & eligibility: Bidders must be registered with (i) e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), (ii) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) with active status, and (iii) Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN & STRN.

Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (call deposit original) or additional security if required as per KPPRA rules. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and the sealed original with requisite documents and bid security submitted before the closing date and time.

Bid documents (BSD / BOQ) can be downloaded from kp.eprocure.gov.pk and kppra.pk. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
