Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for several works under PPRA Rule 13(3) of 2004. Enlisted contractors in MES categories A, B, C & D may apply for issuance of tender documents by the stated deadline.

Application requirements and conditions:
- Contractors enrolled with MES in categories A, B, C & D must submit applications along with complete credentials.
- Non-enlisted firms must provide proof of being on the appropriate approved list of the concerned department, statement of financial standing with bank certificate, details of staff employed, details of tools and plants, and previous experience (work executed in the last two years and work in hand), all attested by a Class-1 Gazetted Officer.
- Contractors not on the MES approved list or those suspended must deposit 2% of the above-mentioned costs as earnest money in the form of FDR / Deposit at Call etc., duly pledged in the name of GE DFHQ Chakials. This amount is refundable if contractors are not pre-qualified or do not secure the contract.
- Applicants failing to provide the requested proforma information and/or earnest money will not be considered for issue of tender documents.
