Common Management Unit (PSCM) invites sealed e-bids for the procurement and supply of laboratory items under the reference PB5912. The procurement will be carried out using a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisitions and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents (Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format).
