Bench Court‑I, Hyderabad (Nazir) announces a court-ordered public auction under Execution No. 46 of 2025 arising from Suit No. 315 of 2024 between Z.T.B.L. (Sujawal branch) and borrowers Sumar Laghari / Muhammad Hasan Laghari to recover an amount of 783,007 (including interest and costs).
Auction date & time: 2026-11-16 at 1:00 PM. Proceeds will be used to satisfy the recovery amount cited above.
