The Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Kharo Chan, District Sujawal, has issued Public Notice No. 09, dated 7 October 2026, concerning the revision and rewriting of land Records of Rights.
The notice refers to the land record revision undertaken during 1985–1986 under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, and the Board of Revenue Sindh's letter dated 28 February 2025 directing a special revision of these records. The revision is to be carried out under the applicable revenue procedures, including Section 42, subsections (11), (12) and (13), of the Act.

The entries relate to Village Form VII-A. The Mukhtiarkar Revenue and the relevant supervisory revenue staff are directed to inform the landholders and proceed with the revision in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
Any person with an objection concerning the relevant land rights or record entries should submit it to the court of the Assistant Commissioner of the concerned taluka within 15 days. The land records will subsequently be rewritten under the revision process.
