Issuer: Gujrat Waste Management Company (GWMC). Invitation to submit e-bids for procurement of Furniture & Fixtures, IT Equipment and Machinery & Equipment under Punjab procurement rules.
Eligibility: Manufacturers, distributors, authorized dealers, firms/companies/sole proprietors, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax) for supply to GWMC. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Submission & Opening: Bids to be submitted/uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Deadline for submission is 2016-10-20 up to 11:00 AM; bids will be opened on 2016-10-20 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid Security & Form: Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, Gujrat Waste Management Company.
Bid Validity: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening.
