How to apply and key conditions:
- Submission: Electronic bids only via the Government e-procurement portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk / EPADS). Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Submission deadline: 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM (bids submitted by EPADS).
- Opening: Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-10-20 at 11:30 AM.
- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated value of procurement in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Registrar, National Council for Homeopathy, Rawalpindi.
- Bid validity and other terms: Bids will remain valid as per tender documents; Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
