Issuer: Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department (AJKED). AJKED invites pre-qualification applications from contractors registered with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCO/AJKED and holding valid active tax status and PEC registration for construction, erection, testing & commissioning, geotechnical works, survey and remaining construction works for multiple 132 kV grid station and transmission line projects in Azad Jammu & Kashmir.

How to apply: Pre-qualification documents are available on written application on company letterhead with an authority letter, copies of valid PEC registration, evidence of prior experience and payment of non-refundable document fee (per lot). Documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes by hand or post to the office of Director (Grids/Construction/Procurement), AJKED, Muzaffarabad.
Application fee: Non-refundable fee payable for each lot as specified in the pre-qualification documents.
Submission deadline and opening: Applications must reach the Procurement Office by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-19. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of applicants' representatives who choose to attend.
