Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab (Lahore) invites e-bids for Lot #1: procurement of an Android-based survey application and related services for mapping occupational diseases in Punjab.

Procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 using a single-stage, two-envelope Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with 80% weightage for technical proposal and 20% for financial proposal. Interested eligible bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login) after publication. A Performance Guarantee / Security of 3% of the work order amount will be required and will be released after successful completion of works as per contract terms. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per PPRA rules.
