Finance Department, Balochistan — Vehicles Auction (Quetta) on 2026-10-15

Issuer: Finance Department, Government of Balochistan. Auction of three vehicles on an "As is where is" basis. Inspection, bidding and payment conditions follow.

Inspection: Balochistan Civil Secretariat, Quetta parking area on 2026-10-08 to 2026-10-14, from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Bids will be received on 2026-10-15 at 12:00 PM; bid opening at 01:00 PM the same day.

Bid submission requirements: Deposit Rs.3,000 (non-refundable) via Treasury Challan under Government Account Had A-03970 Others. A call deposit equal to 10% of the bid amount must be attached as earnest money. Successful bidder must pay 20% advance income tax into State Bank of Pakistan via Treasury Green Challan or into FBR. Security money will be refunded after completion of the auction process.

Other conditions: Separate bidding files/documents must be submitted for each vehicle. Successful bidder must deposit the awarded amount within ten (10) days; failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of security money. Vehicles located at Balochistan Civil Secretariat Parking, Quetta, will incur Rs.500 per day parking fee for each day exceeding the 10-day limit. Bidders must attach a legible copy of their CNIC. The department is not responsible for document transfer or non-availability of records for registration/re-verification from the Excise and Taxation Department. Each successful bidder will be provided a separate NOC for the purchased vehicle. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.
