Notice: Acceptance/Objection for Apportionment of Compensation — Pat Feeder Canal (Package-11), Tehsil Sui

Deputy Commissioner / District Collector, South Dera Bugti issues a public notice regarding apportionment of compensation for the Remodeling of Pat Feeder Canal Project (Package-11), Tehsil Sui. A Tehsildar Sui verification report (No. 255/TDR dated 2026-05-18) identifies certain land portions recorded under specific Khata/Khatoni numbers that are presently in the possession of other persons. Annexure-A contains the detailed proposed apportionment and is available for inspection at the office during office hours.

Action required: submit a joint written acceptance, duly signed by the concerned title holder(s) and possession holder(s), if you agree with the proposed apportionment. Any objection or dispute regarding the compensation or its apportionment must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receipt/publication of this notice. Disputes will be handled under Sections 29 and 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, including reference to the competent court where required. If no objection is received within the stipulated period, compensation will be disbursed in accordance with the Award and approved apportionment.
