Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a Maintenance Lead / Senior Associate on open contract/permanent basis for its PMDC mining project in Balochistan.

Position Maintenance Lead / Sr. Associate
Number of Posts 01
Qualification Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) from an HEC-recognized institution
Experience Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in electrical/mechanical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting; preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites
Age Limit Maximum 40 years on last date of application (age relaxation as per applicable rules)
Preference Candidates domiciled in Balochistan will be preferred
Place of Posting PMDC Project / Mining Site, Balochistan
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities
  • Ensure equipment availability, timely troubleshooting and minimum operational downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams
  • Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports; supervise maintenance staff and contractors
  • Conduct root cause analysis, identify process and cost improvements, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs
Contract & Salary Open term contract; market-based negotiable salary
