Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations across dining, accommodation, sports, golf and event facilities. The COO will report to the CEO and be based in Islamabad on a 3-year contract (extendable for 2 years).

| Key Responsibilities | Oversee daily operations of all club outlets (restaurants, banquets, guest rooms, sports complex, golf course and recreational facilities); translate strategy into operational plans, KPIs and measurable service standards; maintain food quality, hygiene, housekeeping and member satisfaction; plan and optimize club events, inventory, processes and resource utilization; ensure health, safety, food safety and regulatory compliance; oversee maintenance of facilities, grounds and equipment; lead and develop department heads and operational staff; prepare operational reports for the CEO. |
| Education | Master's degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Administration or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of hospitality operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior role (e.g., COO, Resident/General Manager, Director Operations). Proven record managing F&B, rooms and recreational operations in a five-star hotel, premier club or resort. |
| Terms & Benefits | Appointment on contract basis for 3 years; contract may be extended for a further 2 years based on performance. Position is contractual and not regularizable. Attractive, market-competitive compensation and benefits including club privileges. |
