Islamabad Club invites applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Club’s finance function and support strategic financial management. This is a contractual appointment reporting to the CEO and based in Islamabad.

| Key Responsibilities | Lead financial planning, budgeting and overall financial strategy; ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable standards; manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables and recovery of outstanding dues; oversee cash flow, treasury, investments and banking relationships; maintain internal controls over F&B, rooms, stores, sports and event revenues; liaise with external auditors and the Head of Internal Audit; ensure statutory tax compliance; provide financial analysis and MIS to CEO, Finance Committee and Board; lead, develop and supervise the Finance & Accounts team. |
| Education & Qualifications | Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA or CPA (mandatory). MBA (Finance) or HEC-recognized university degree is an additional advantage. |
| Experience & Skills | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years as CFO or Finance Director/Head of Finance. Experience in hospitality, members' club or not-for-profit organizations preferred. Working experience with ERP/hospitality accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera or similar). |
| Terms of Appointment | Appointment on contract basis for 3 years; purely contractual and not regularizable; claims for permanent employment will not be entertained.
