Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for one post of Associate (Electrical) on open contract/permanent basis for PMDC project/mining site in Balochistan.

| Experience | Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in electrical operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably at mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites |
| Age | Maximum 47 years on the last date of application (age relaxation as per applicable rules) |
| Place of Posting | PMDC Project / Mining Site, Balochistan |
| Preference | Candidates having domicile of Balochistan will be preferred |
| Contract | Open term contract at market-based negotiable salary |
Key responsibilities include: carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize downtime, inspect/repair/maintain motors, control panels, switchgear and other electrical installations, assist in installation, testing and commissioning, perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance, ensure compliance with electrical safety and HSE requirements, and provide day-to-day electrical support for smooth mining/project operations.
