E-Tender Notice — Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura (Single-Stage Two-Envelope)

Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Sheikhupura invites e-tenders under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure for approved development schemes for the year 2026-27.

Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category/codes for 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents and related information are available on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement system in two envelopes (Technical and Financial). Technical proposals will be evaluated first and financial proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened in accordance with PPRA/Punjab procurement rules. Bid security, submission procedures, and all other conditions will follow the rules and instructions published on the procurement portal. Tender opening will be conducted by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per the portal schedule.
