Tender: Procurement of Medical & Laboratory Equipment — Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Punjab

The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU), Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab invites sealed e-bids (Technical & Financial) from eligible firms for the procurement of medical and laboratory equipment. Only firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments are eligible; joint ventures/consortiums are not allowed.

Key details:

• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Procurement and submission: Through Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) only.
• Incomplete or conditional bids and bids without specified bid security will be rejected.
• Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-15 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
• Bid security must be submitted/uploaded on the E-Procurement System and attached with the Technical Bid; it shall be in favor of the Project Director, SP&IU, EPCCD.
• Procedure: Single stage two envelope as per Rule 38 of Punjab PPR Rules 2014 (amended).
