Issuer: District Council Sahiwal. Procurement is invited under PPRA rules for registered/renewed contractors of Local Governments or all-Punjab contractors for Financial Year 2026-27 in relevant categories. Submissions must be made electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidding documents and guidance are available on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bid security must be submitted digitally as specified in the bidding documents. Performance guarantee and other standard bidding conditions apply. The competent authority may reject bids at any time prior to acceptance. Successful bidder will be bound to perform and carry out quality control tests at their own expense.
