| Pay Scale (Rs. 407,230 - 20,230 - 712,030) as per TTS Statutes (ICCBS) | Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine, Biomedical Sciences or Health Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institution; at least 12 years post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience; strong scientific publications in internationally abstracted impact-factor journals; successful supervision of postgraduate researchers; experience securing national/international R&D grants; experience leading research groups, centres, units or major programmes; international academic and research linkages. Experience in molecular medicine, translational biomedical research or related fields desirable. | Candidates should be below 55 years. Preferably h-index above 40 and over 10,000 citations (Google Scholar). |
Selection considerations include demonstrated impact on the state of knowledge in the relevant field, leadership experience, a clear vision for future growth of the Centre, research development, external funding and international collaboration.
