Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites applications for the post of Company Secretary (OPF Grade-11). The position is based in Islamabad and will be offered on a two-year contract (extendable based on performance). Remuneration is negotiable and commensurate with experience; benefits and allowances will be admissible under applicable rules.

| Other Requirements & Conditions | Must meet "fit and proper" criteria per Schedule‑IV of the SOEs Act, 2023; proficiency in legal drafting and corporate documentation; strong communication, integrity, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
