GDA Tender: Dry Dredging at Pishkah Fish Landing Jetty (Estimated PKR 42,844,032)

Issuer: Gwadar Development Authority (Office of the Deputy Project Director, Pishk. Jetty), Government of Balochistan.

Purpose: Single-package tender for dry dredging works at Pishkah Fish Landing Jetty, Gwadar, executed under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement System; no physical bids.

Eligibility requirements include: registration on Active Taxpayer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration; completion of at least two assignments of similar nature; minimum turnover of PKR 29,990,822 in preceding years demonstrating financial capacity; PEC registration C-5 or above (up to PKR 65 million) in relevant category; specialized codes CEE05 (Offshore Works) and CEE03 (Marine Structures / Dredging).

Tender documents and NIT: Obtainable electronically from the Electronic Public Procurement System (ePPS). Tender fee/charges (PKR 2,000) must be deposited to GDA Accumulated Collection Fund, Account No. 3002-0081-0083-6601 through Bank Al Habib Ltd., Gwadar Branch.

Submission: Bids to be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard of the ePPS. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM on the ePPS system.
